I’ve had the privilege of playing rugby at an elite level — representing England, A product of Premiership side Bath academy playing for Cornwall representing them through all age grades, and competing in national leauge 1 & 2. Through my rugby career I’ve learned what it takes to succeed at the highest level, and now my passion is passing that knowledge on to the next generation.

At our Rugby Academy, the focus isn’t just on developing great players — it’s about developing great young people.

Player safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Sessions are carefully structured, age-appropriate and designed to help children grow in confidence while enjoying the game.

We welcome players across multiple age groups, with training programmes designed to suit their stage of development:

U9–U12

: Fun, movement and basic rugby skills
: Skill development, teamwork and game awareness.


U13–U16

: Advanced skills development in handling, the tackle, rucking, conditioning & a sprinkle of competitive preparation.

 

For players who show strong commitment and ambition, we also support clear development pathways — helping young athletes progress into school teams, club rugby, county rugby and beyond.

Whether your child is completely new to rugby or already passionate about the sport, they’ll receive professional-level coaching in a positive environment that prioritises safety, learning and enjoyment.
